These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the YotoPlay online store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced below.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter a binding contract under applicable law. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting account credentials, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized activity.

Products and information

We make reasonable efforts to display Yoto products, specifications, colors, images, and descriptions accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing updates may cause minor differences. Product information may be corrected or updated without notice.

Prices, inventory, and orders

Prices are shown in United States dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Discounts, taxes, shipping charges, and the final total appear at checkout. Inventory is subject to availability. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may limit quantities, decline, or cancel an order for inventory, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention, legal, or other legitimate reasons. If payment was captured for a canceled order, it will be refunded.

Payment

You represent that the payment information supplied is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payment processing is provided through secure third-party systems and is also governed by our Payment Policy.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery estimates and shipping responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility and refund timing are described in our Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use the store to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, transmit malicious code, interfere with security, scrape or access systems without authorization, submit false information, commit fraud, harass others, or resell services in a manner that disrupts the store.

Intellectual property

The store design, text, graphics, software, and other original store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. No license is granted except the limited right to use the store for lawful shopping and personal use.

Third-party services and links

The store may rely on Shopify and other third-party services or link to third-party websites. We do not control independent third parties and are not responsible for their separate content, availability, or practices. Review their terms and privacy notices when appropriate.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the store and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, YotoPlay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the store. Nothing in these terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms when store operations, services, or legal requirements change. Updated terms apply from the date posted. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
